Hello and welcome to Buyer's Connection. Through communications with both REALTORS and Sellers, we have recognized the need for a service such as ours that brings both parties one step closer towards each other.

It's very simple, REALTORS post their Clients' needs confidentially, and FREE OF CHARGE.  It is not necessary to enter your Buyer’s first or last name.  We will work with every type of real estate transaction imaginable – whether it is a purchase, lease to own, lease or rent, our staff will begin to search through MLS for you as well make calls to Home Builders and Developers to help you find what is best for your buyer’s needs.  Our database will automatically search through Sellers entries on our site once you have made your entry.  If there is a potential match you will receive an email right away!

Creating a post pays!  Every post can potentially pay you a $100 GAS CARD.  If we are able to find you a property that then results in a sale we will give you, the REALTOR posting your Buyer’s needs, a $100 GAS CARD!

Sponsoring Sellers sign up for a month to month membership agreement with Buyer’s Connection.  Sellers can select can select from memberships that will allow them to either view REALTORS entries, post their own inventory, and for one membership, email notification is included if there is a potential match.
